Terms and conditions

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all offers, assignments, and services by Northvale unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Services

Northvale provides development and design services for websites and web apps. Scope and delivery are defined upfront.

3. Pricing and payments

• - Prices are excluding VAT unless stated otherwise.
• - Invoice payment term is 14 days.
• - Late payment may incur legal interest and collection costs.

4. Liability

Northvale is not liable for indirect damages. Liability is limited to the invoice amount of the relevant assignment.

5. Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms and related agreements.
